Ed Surprenant is a licensed real estate agent in New Hampshire and Massachusetts specializing in commercial and residential real estate. Ed is also an expert in LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) building and design and is keeping very current in Green  Building and energy efficient HVAC systems.  His past experience in managing large commercial buildings gives him an edge on the competition when buying, selling or leasing your new home or commercial space.  Ed's experience as a senior project manager for a major LEED project out in Las Vegas, allows Ed to show his clients ways that will help turn a home from an energy user to an energy saver.   His knowledge and experience in the the HVAC trade, as Chief Engineer for Sheraton Hotels and serving on zoning and school advisory boards allows Ed to work effectively with clients helping with important decisions on their most important assets.  Ed has been active in the community working for 10 years as a Boy Scout leader in the Monadnock District, as a volunteer on a zoning board and as a school advisory board member.
